Hello
I'm Liz Pritchard! I blend curiosity, clarity, and deep user empathy to drive smart, inclusive decisions. I focus on asking the right questions, uncovering meaningful patterns, and making complexity feel approachable. I'm here to help you create thoughtful, effective, and user-centered experiences.
My Story
I’m a UX researcher and service design strategist with over a decade of experience, including six years in product development and mobile strategy. I specialize in 0>1 product design, inclusive research strategy, and mixed methods studies that drive meaningful product and service innovation. I currently lead UX and service design strategy for mobile apps and support systems in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

I entered UX through a library. As a former public services manager, I led a large team and focused on improving access to information for a diverse user base. That work sparked my passion for human-centered design and led me to earn a Master of Science in Information Science—a foundation that continues to shape my research practice today.

Throughout my career, I’ve built long-term research and innovation strategies, designed end-to-end user experiences across mobile and web platforms, and created cross-functional research programs that center user needs while balancing business realities. I also founded a research community of practice focused on improving mobile UX across teams, products, and services.

Outside of work, you can find me in the garden hanging out with my short-legged hound, Zeppelin, or creating art under my personal studio name, Bramblebud Designs.
